ESN is a non-profit student organization that supports international students through local sections in 36 countries. It operates at the local, national, and international levels to provide services and experiences to its approximately 15,000 members and 150,000 students. ESN runs international projects, committees, and annual conferences to further its goals of developing international education and intercultural experiences.

22. ExchangeAbility
ExchangeAbility is a project that aims to integrate
young people with special needs going on exchange
Two main goals
• Short term goal: Make ESN an association accessible for
students with disabilities for all levels of its activities
• Long term goal: Encouraging increase in the number of
exchange students with disabilities and creating the best
conditions for them during their stay
