INTRODUCTION
Project Context
1. In the vibrant landscape of Biliran Province, numerous businesses
are thriving and some of this businesses needs to be discovered to
those who are looking for part-time.
2. There are many services can be discovered in the field of part-time work in
Biliran for students and bystanders. The difficulty is drawing part-time
seekers, particularly for those who are not well-established in the province.

Purpose and Description
Our project, is dedicated to creating an advanced job
navigation system tailored for individuals seeking part-time employment
opportunities in Biliran Province. The emphasis is on enhancing the
efficiency of navigating part-time job horizons, fostering economic
growth, and facilitating seamless connections between employers and
potential part-time employees in Biliran.

Objective of the Study
This study aimed to develop a Website dedicated to unraveling the dynamics of
part-time jobs for students and bystanders in Biliran province, employing Decision Tree
Analysis.
1. Collect comprehensive data on the current employment landscape, types of part-time
jobs available, and the skills in demand within Biliran Province.
2. Identify key stakeholders, including local businesses, educational institutions,
community organizations, and individuals seeking part-time jobs.
3. Assess the skills and capabilities of students and potential job workers to understand
their strengths and areas for improvement.
SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS

• The JobNav Biliran project aims to serve part-time job seekers and providers in Biliran Province.
Initially, it will focus on individuals and businesses in Biliran, ensuring a targeted approach to part-
time employment dynamics. As the project progresses, it may expand to a broader audience,
offering comprehensive part-time job navigation services beyond Biliran Province.
• In the meantime our platform will only cater four(4) categories to our services:

CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

The conceptual framework for JobNav Biliran, using the
waterfall method, outlines key elements and sequential phases
crucial for the development process. This visual representation
guides the systematic progression of the project, following a
structured approach that includes requirements analysis, system
design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Stakeholder involvement, Biliran-specific adaptations, and a
feedback loop contribute to the methodical and logical evolution,
shaping the JobNav Biliran platform to align with the unique
dynamics of part-time employment in Biliran Province.
