This study examined students' perceptions of using iPods in accounting education. Researchers surveyed 30 students about their learning styles and the ease of using iPods to plan and manage their studies. Most students found iPods provided flexibility, portability, and time efficiency compared to traditional textbooks. iPods allowed students to pause, rewind, and replay lectures, as well as bookmark locations. However, some students commented that the small screen and poor quality of some podcasts were disadvantages. Overall, the study found iPods helped support more self-directed learning and improved students' ability to organize their time, especially for those with busy schedules.
