•We might not be seen as an authority
•Time issues
•Much competition
Opportunities:
•Good sponsors  money
•Wide range of topics to offer
•Schools show interest in our project
Threats:
•Time table of schools is too strict
•Pupils don’t like the idea  don’t
participate
