1. Prayer
T: class, please all stand for the prayer.
Repeat after me ok (lets bow our head)

Let me say the right words
Let me hear no wrong
Guide us to the right way today
Through Christ our Lord, Amen.
T: Good morning class!
S: (Good morning teacher!)
2. Cleanliness
T: Please pick up the pieces of trash under
your chairs and put it in a trash can properly.
S: (pupils pick up the pieces of trash)
T: check your chairs alignment class.
S: (they’re checking their chairs alignment)
T: done? You may now take your seat
properly.
3. Attendance
T: now, let’s check our attendance.

collections. You have a lot of book
collections.
T: our topic for today is all about Few and
Many.
T: when we say Few, it is a smaller number
of items or objects. And when we say Many,
it is a larger number of items or objects.
T: for example, I have here a pen in my left
and right arm. In my left arm have 1, 2 pen in
my right arm I have 1, 2, 3 pen which means
my left arm has fewer number of pen and in
my right arm has many number of pen.
T: If some of the pupils are not listening,
pause the lesson and said I will not
continue this unless you are quiet and
listen.
T: another example, I have here a friend his
name is Mr. Donut. Lets all count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
there 5 Mr. Donuts in this picture. This one
1……10 there are 10 Mr. Donuts in this
picture.
T: which means the 5 nos. of Mr. donut is
few because It has a smaller no. of pictures
and the 10 nos. of Mr. donut is many because
It has a larger no. of pictures.
T: let’s have exercises, I need 5 volunteer.
This is the direction. Identify the flash cards
given to you and paste it either it is few or
many and identify how many pictures. Clear?

T: ok go!
S: (doing the exercise)
T: everybody is already done. Now Let’s
check if your work is correct.

Griarte Pages 9-11 Materials: Visual Aids, flash cards, pen, envelope with cut-out pictures inside, scotch tape Ability of the pupils:  Can count 1-10.  Can identify left and right arm.  Can identify the weather. A. Preliminary Activities/Daily Routine 1. Prayer T: class, please all stand for the prayer. Repeat after me ok (lets bow our head) S: (stand) T: Dear Lord, Let me see the right things Let me say the right words Let me hear no wrong Guide us to the right way today Through Christ our Lord, Amen. T: Good morning class! S: (Good morning teacher!) 2. Cleanliness T: Please pick up the pieces of trash under your chairs and put it in a trash can properly. S: (pupils pick up the pieces of trash) T: check your chairs alignment class. S: (they’re checking their chairs alignment) T: done? You may now take your seat properly. 3. Attendance T: now, let’s check our attendance. Attendance: July 11, 2013 Boys: 5 Girls: 11 Total: 16 Remarks: No Absentee/s T: group yourselves into 4, each group will receive envelope that contains different pictures. S: T: S:

T: Before we start let us know first our weather for today. Class can you look up outside? What can you say about our weather for today? S: (It’s a sunny day teacher ) T: very good pupil, so now let us sing Tell me the weather ok. Tell me the weather , the weather now(2x) Today is a sunny, a sunny day (2x). T: very good children, S: now let’s have a song that makes us engage to each other. T: teacher will sing first ok. Hello how are you(3x) How are you today? I’m fine and I hope your too(3x) Hope your feeling fine Face to your partner shake your hands(3x) Hope your feeling fine Its goo to see you all back again(3x) I hope your feeling fine. T: now who among you here collecting like books, toys etc. S: yes___. How many____ do you have? S: (vary) T: who else? Yes____. How many ____ do you have? S: (vary) T: thank you for sharing to us ___, ___ your collections. You have a lot of book collections. T: our topic for today is all about Few and Many. T: when we say Few, it is a smaller number of items or objects. And when we say Many, it is a larger number of items or objects. T: for example, I have here a pen in my left and right arm. In my left arm have 1, 2 pen in my right arm I have 1, 2, 3 pen which means my left arm has fewer number of pen and in my right arm has many number of pen. T: If some of the pupils are not listening, pause the lesson and said I will not continue this unless you are quiet and listen. T: another example, I have here a friend his name is Mr. Donut. Lets all count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 there 5 Mr. Donuts in this picture. This one 1……10 there are 10 Mr. Donuts in this picture.
  • 5. T: which means the 5 nos. of Mr. donut is few because It has a smaller no. of pictures and the 10 nos. of Mr. donut is many because It has a larger no. of pictures. T: let’s have exercises, I need 5 volunteer. This is the direction. Identify the flash cards given to you and paste it either it is few or many and identify how many pictures. Clear? S: (yes teacher) T: ok go! S: (doing the exercise) T: everybody is already done. Now Let’s check if your work is correct. T: according to the pictures given. Count from few to many.
