Members Names: Bryn Whitmore & Marquis Robinson Service Site: Haramee Christian Family Center Site Location: Pasadena, CA Project Description: Bryn & Marquis were both TechMission Corps members at Harambee Christian Family Center in Pasadena, CA. They both worked intensively with middle school students helping establish an array of academic and extracurricular activities for their kids. For their final project Bryn & Marquis created a guide to a program they initiated at their site to help encourage male students. This program includes various esteem building and group bonding activities like group talks, field trips, and relay races, all of which are specifically tailored to helping young boys develop into strong men.
