Those respondents who use RefWorks generally find it to be useful But so many students (3/4 of student population) are not using the service? Is it because they have tried it and are unhappy? Or are they just unaware of it?
The students had the opportunity to write-in responses to the last question that asked their experience with citation management software and library-hosted APA workshops Only 5 of the 39 students surveyed responded Mostly positive Suggestions for improvements
Though our survey was not without its flaws, it did give us some insights as to why students are using citation management software.
