4. Everyone looks more attractive when
they smile but some people are ashamed to
show their teeth because of discoloration.
Many people try to whiten their
teeth by bleaching or using a toothpaste
that contains bleach. Unfortunately, not
everyone likes to do that way because of
side effects, and costs often makes them
reluctant to do so. However, there are tips
and other solutions are cheap and
effective way to whiten your teeth, using
natural materials such as strawberry.

It may sound strange, but
really strawberry and baking soda
can make your whiter teeth .
There are a few ways that
you can include strawberries and
baking soda in your dental care
regimen.
6. Instructions :
•First grab a fork or another
mashing utensil and smash the
strawberry into a pulp.
• Then mix about a teaspoon of
baking soda into the strawberry
mash.
• Once the mixture is ready, it
should be a light pinkish colour.
Use your toothbrush to apply
some of the mixture to your
teeth.

five minutes, then rinse.

regular toothpaste

time.
