2. What is Swine flu? Swine flu, which is also called H1N1 influenza type A, is a dangerous disease which can spread easily among humans. This disease was from pigs who had the influenza. Swine flu is spread among pigs who carried the disease by direct and indirect contact. Also 1% to 4% of pigs who had this disease died from it. Some pigs are vaccinated against the swine flu.

4. Swine Flu Symptoms There are many symptoms that are shown on a human’s body. These may include fever, head-aches, fatigue, sudden coughs, soar throats, joint pain, sneezing, chills, diarrhea, aching muscles, runny nose, and many other symptoms.

The virus has a big impact on the tourism in Mexico since it represents 8% of Mexico’s gross domestic products. This impacts the economy of Mexico because less people are paying and coming into the country. Also the medication to cure H1N1 costs a lot of money and people would not afford it.

It could also affect animals by drinking the water or by getting close to infected people. This causes pollution and this is how the disease impacts the environment.
