The document discusses the City University of New York's (CUNY) efforts to expand access to assistive technology software through university-wide licensing. This allows all CUNY students and faculty to access software like JAWS, ZoomText, and WYNN on any campus computer. It established the CUNY Assistive Technology Services project to research, test, and deploy assistive technologies across CUNY. The university-wide licensing model has expanded access both on and off campus and supported over 10,000 students with disabilities across CUNY.
