EPSF 10th Scientific Symposium

Introduction
TPSS (Tanta Pharmaceutical Scientific Society) has been established in 1981 in faculty of pharmacy Tanta
University with main goal which is linking pharmacy students with their future career by upgrading their
overall knowledge, activities, and creative abilities.

Creativity was our slogan as we are considered the first students' activities society in our faculty...

TPSS gained its validity overall Egypt after that, as being a member of EPSF "Egyptian Pharmaceutical
Students Federation" which was established in 1982 under the supervision of the "Egyptian Pharmacists'
Syndicate".

EPSF General Assembly includes 23 local associations from different 23 universities around Egypt.

Event:
The EPSF symposium is an annual event that gathers all the pharmacy students from all over Egypt.

TPSS intendeds to host EPSF 10th scientific symposium 2011; a 4-days-national event held annually for
pharmacy students and recent graduates all over Egypt. This symposium shall be held at the end of April
2011.

Details
EPSF symposium program shall include:
 3 Scientific sessions.
 4 Educational sessions
 Educational workshops
 EPSF part " EPSF forum, Workshops and General Assembly meetings"

 Social program " Welcome party, entertainment show, open tour in Tanta and interactive comic
show"

Time:
The plan is to host the Symposium at 28th of April to 1st of May 2011.

Venues:
 Conferences Center in Tanta University Campus.
 Lecture Hall 1 in the faculty of pharmacy, Tanta University.
 Ebn Sinaa Conference Hall in faculty of medicine, Tanta University.

Attendance:
 480 student and fresh graduates from faculty of pharmacy, Tanta University and other 23
Faculties of pharmacy around Egypt.

Golden Sponsors
There are a limited number of gold sponsors for this Symposium. A golden sponsor shall be given the
following privileges:

 Opening and closing ceremony
The sponsor will be mentioned at the opening and closing ceremony of the Symposium

 Presentation
Speech of 10 minutes at opening ceremony.

 Publications
The sponsor’s logotype will be printed on the main banner, Posters and flayers that will be administered
to all the EPSF 23 associations.

 Own Booth
The sponsor will have a reserved space for an own booth in the venue as official sponsor to have the
opportunity to provide information about their products and services in booth.

 Title page of the symposium magazine
The logotype of the sponsor will appear on the title page and on the sponsor page of the special issue of
Symposium magazine.

 Internet
The sponsor will have its logo or banner and the status of main sponsor in the home page of
TPSS Website and Symposium website with a link to its own website.

The Sponsor will have voice advertising on TPSS virtual radio on the internet "Pharma Station"

The logotype of the sponsor will be printed on the symposium bags and the sponsor can supply
promotional material (i.e. flyers, leaflets, brochures, booklets) to be included in the symposium bags that
will be distributed to the participants.

 Faculty Advertising
The sponsor logotype will be viewed on the faculty screen all the period of promotion and after that with
3 weeks.

Logo and posters of sponsors can be putted on TPSS office for 3 weeks after the symposium

There are no limits of silver sponsors for this Symposium. A silver sponsor shall be given the following
