1. RESILIENCY TRAINING (RT)
The Resiliency Training course, intended for Family
Members, will teach cognitive skills that increase core
competencies including self awareness, self-regulation,
optimism, mental agility, character strengths, and
connection.
During this course you will:
•Develop critical thinking,
knowledge, and skills to

0830-1530 and bounce back from adversity
