Furtherto our discussions,we are pleasedtoofferyouemploymentasDental SurgeonwithMother
TeresaMemorial Charitable Dental Hospital andResearchCenteronthe followingtermsand
conditions.
1. You are designatedasDental Surgeon.
2. Your dutiesandresponsibilitiesindetailsshallbe intimatedtoyouonyour joining.
3. Your employmentwiththe organisationiseffective from20th
April 2013. It issubjectto:
(i) Screeningcheckof the testimonialsandinformationprovidedbyyou.
(ii) You beingfree fromanycontractual restrictionspreventingyoufromaccepting
the appointmentletter.
4. Your appointmentsfromthe date mentionedhereinabove shallbe onprobationarybasisfor
initial 6monthsand on successful completionof the saidprobationperiod,youshall be
appointedonpermanentbasis.
5. You will be entitledtoaBasic Salaryand all Allowancesof Rs10,000/- (RupeesTenThousand
only) permonth.Inadditiontomonthlysalary,youshall be paidmonthlyIncentivesasper
Incentive Policy.
6. You will be entitledforleaves(Casual/Sick) onlyaftercompletionof probationperiodof 6
months.
7. You will be eligibleforincentivesonlyaftertenure of initial 3monthsandsuch incentive
shall be due and paidonlyoncompletionof probationperiodof 6months.
8. Your presentplace of postingwill be atPune.
9. You shall notleave the organization before completingacontinuoustenure of 3yearsfrom
the date of your joining.
10. In the eventof yourdecisiontoleave the organization the same canbe done bygiving60
days’clearnotice inwriting.
11. Anyrules,regulationsandorderspromulgatedbythe organization andapplicableto
employeesof yourlevel,will alsobe applicable toyouasthoughthese rules,regulationsand
orderswere a part of thiscontract employment.Thisappointmentissubjecttothe express
conditionthatnoclaimis made for compensationforovertime attendance,nature of work,
holidayandaccidentsorhazards of occupationexceptaccordingtostatutes.
12. You will not,duringyouremploymentwiththe organizationintermsof thisletter- exceptso
far as may be properinthe ordinarycourse of businessandthe interestof the organization-
or at any time thereafter,divulgeormake anyknownanyinformation,secretprocessorany
it’s informationinanywaywhatsoeverrelatingtothe organization oritsbusinessand/or
any of its patientsand/oranyotherinformationordataand materialsand/oranysketches,
drawings,specificationsetc.,whichcome toyourknowledgerelatingthe organization’s
knowhowand incourse of your employment,youshall alwaysmaintainstrictsecrecy
regardingbusinessinformationgainedoracquiredbyyouor impartedtoyou inthe course
of youremploymentbothduringorafteryour employmentwiththe organization intermsof
thismatter.
2. 13. The assignmentofferedtoyouison a whole time basis.Youwill notcarryon or be
concernedwithanybusinessof yourown or onbehalf onanyone else directlyorindirectly,
nor shall youtake up otherbusinessesorbe associatedwithanyotherbusinesswithor
withoutremunerationduringthe course youremploymentwiththe organization.
14. In case of poorperformance ornot adheringtorulesand regulationsduringthe probation
period,yourappointmentmaybe terminatedwithoutanynotice andcompensation.
15. You will notacquire anypatentrightsinrelationtoany of the organization’sbusiness.
16. Thisofferissubjectto yourbeingcertifiedmedicallyfitatthe time of joining.
17. You will automaticallyretire fromthe servicesof the organization onattainingthe age of 58
years,as perthe proof of age submittedtothe organization.
18. Anychange in yourresidentialaddressmustbe communicatedtousinwriting.
19. Thisofferwill cease immediatelyif andwhenanyof the statementsmade orparticulars
giveninyourapplicationare foundtobe non-factual orincorrector in case of defaultinany
of the termsof thisletter.
20. You shall be responsible forkeepingall the materialsandassetsof the organization ingood
condition,whichmaybe inyourcustodyfrom time totime forthe performance of your
duties.
21. You shall bearyourown taxation,whichshall be deductedfromyoursalaryand/orother
dues.
22. In case of any dispute,Pune shall be consideredasthe place where the cause of actionshall
be deemedtohave arisen.
