16. In a pharmaceuticals company vacancy in 5 posts of Area
Manager came and a committee was made for framing the
interview process to select those 5 person.
Interviewers thought of doing something innovative and
after a slight scrutiny, they made all 30 remaining
applicants Area Manager for specific short areas for a
month.
After a month the interviewee were told that they were on
temporary job and not in the permanent basis. They were
shocked to listen this and were asked to file a full report
of there work.
