Introduction
Courtney Vlastnik, Client Service Manager, AFS - Panel Moderator
Courtney has been working at AFS since 2011 and held the Client Service Manager position for 4
years. She has guided many manufacturers through implementations and process improvements.
Courtney has Foodservice experience since 2008 working with a Foodservice broker before joining
the AFS team.
Anisa Sladek, Trade Promotion Manager, Par-Way Tryson - Panelist
Anisa has been working at Par-Way Tryson for 18 years and is currently their Computer
Application Software Manager. As with most smaller companies she wears several hats including
GS1 Administrator, Customer Service Manager, Report Writer and Trade Promotion Manager.
Anisa was recently married on Clearwater Beach in sunny Florida. Par-Way has been an AFS client
for over 10 years.
Esther Mendez, TradePro Analyst, Bridgford - Panelist
Esther has been with Bridgford Foods for eight years and a TradePro Analyst for five years. She
holds the lead position for TradePro in the Dallas office and works with a team of three in Dallas
and three in Anaheim. Esther currently lives in Grand Prairie, TX. Bridgford has been with AFS
about 6 years.
