MOBILITY OF YOUTH WORKERS
Learning mobility projects of youth workers support the professional development of youth workers by enabling them to acquire
new skills and professional experiences. The projects may include transnational activities such as seminars, training courses,
contact-making events, study visits and job shadowing periods abroad. The projects also contribute to strengthening the quality
and the role of youth work in Europe.
Erasmus+ is the European Union’s programme for boosting skills and employability through activities organised in the field
of education, training, youth, and sport. Youth activities under Erasmus+ aim to improve the key competences, skills and
employability of young people, promote young people's active participation in the society, their social inclusion and well-being,
and foster improvements in youth work and youth policy at local, national and international level.

With this document we certify that YANGIN ABDULKERIM FERHAT took part in a project called T.C “TRAINING CAMP
for HUMAN RIGHTS FACILITATORS”. It was a training course. The project was hosted by Centrul Educational de
Resurse si Training, and implemented in cooperation with Centre of Educational Resources Training,
Jump in associazione culturale;

. The participation was supported by TURKIYE GENCLIK BIRLIGI DERNEGI ( Project name : Human Right's
Facilitators ).
Within Erasmus+, a training course is a project where youth workers and youth leaders come together for several days to
develop their knowledge, skills, and attitudes on a certain theme. The daily programme of the course is based on learning
objectives and facilitated by experienced trainers. The training courses promote the initiative and creativity of participants and
have a direct impact on their future youth work or youth policy activities, such as organising quality projects and providing
intercultural and non-formal learning experiences for young people.
Altogether, 36 people from Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, and
Turkey took part in the project.
The overall aim and specific objectives of the project:
1.Improve knowledge about planning, implementing and evaluating HRs learning activities
2. Develop the organizational and networking skills
3.Empower 36 youth Workers to multiply HRs educational activities
4.Improve the quality and innovation of HRs educational activities in 8 local communities
5.Promote social inclusion, solidarity and NO HATE attitude
6.Raise awareness of European values
Main contents and activities of the project:
The „Training Camp for Human Rights Facilitators” is designed to empower young people to promote & multiply HRs
inside the society. Through high quality innovative learning program, they will become multipliers of HRs activities in
the communities being a symbol of social change and HRs activism,WILL foster active participation in the society,
promote respect for cultural diversity and fight against racism and xenophobia.

Among the results of the project are the following:
“16 Ready to apply designed sessions on HRs” a collection of 16 detailed activities AND “Ready!Set!Flash-mob”DVD
recording of FLASH MOB disseminated as follows: on the fb, blog of project,and sites of partners; on 3 national
educational groups/sites PROVED by prinscreens before November 2016.

This part of the certificate is a self-assessment of learning and competence acquisition completed by the participant during the
