Log-in to the Medicaid Web Portal
Select “DCF Provider View”
Enter the required Search Criteria
Select the appropriate individual
Select History
Review information about patient responsibility
*Provides information about patient responsibility for up to 12 months preceding the date of the inquiry.

9. *Patient Responsibility may be viewed for up to 12 months preceding the inquiry.

10. Please email the appropriate Department of Children and
Families Customer Call Center if you have any questions
about a Medicaid recipient’s patient responsibility.
