Pcounter Diagnostics enables customers to gain an overview of their print and copy fleet through a data collector that analyzes the network for printers, registers counters, supply status and alerts. The printer data is then processed and analyzed in the customer's cloud-based account where it is presented in an intuitive view showing printer usage and current toner levels. The service discovers all printers on the specified network range daily, polls them via SNMP for page counts and errors every 60 minutes, and sends the data to Pcounter Diagnostics for analysis and access through the customer's web portal dashboard and equipment lists.
