Brendan F.D. Barrett is a senior lecturer in Sustainability and Urban Planning in the School of Global, Urban and Social Studies at RMIT University. He is program manager for the Masters of International Urban and Environmental Management (MC222). Previously, he was the research coordinator for the UN Global Compact - Cities Programme. He also holds positions of a visiting associate professor at the University of Tokyo and visiting senior research fellow at UNU-IAS. He is an associate member of the RMIT Centre for Urban Research.
