About us and our experience

Nowadays the group provides for our clients such services as: market analytics and business intelligence,
transfer pricing audit, financial and investment consultancy services, other.
Our achievements:
• Over 5000 projects finalized in 22 countries;
• More than 20 years experienced in data analytics, including big data;
• Since 1997 AIM developed into Holding with 3 companies and 5 product lines specializing in the following
areas: market analytics and commercial due diligence (Agency of Industrial Marketing), software
development (AIMap), audit and financial consulting (AIMaudit), Digital marketing automation, CRM
integration and visual production (AIMedia), knowledge management (AIMacademy) . All of these
companies are acknowledged professionals in their respective segments on the market.
We are proud to provide investment analytics services for EBRD (The European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development) and we perfomed a potfolio and analysis of investment projects valued in total EURO 243 mln

How the idea AIMap evolved
The story about how the idea has been initiated and evolved : f.i.
- More than 20 years communicating with manufacturers of
construction materials and analysis of their needs resulted an
identification of main problems they face:
- Spirit of innovations is veins of AIM team
- The idea is to combine all best features of all products/ concepts
used in marketing under one IT construction and real estate
ecosystem, making the process of finding clients and suppliers in the
construction industry easy, transparent and efficient. Additionally,
the platform is to be able to provide options to use the data for
market forecast, production planning and logistics optimization
- The construction industry sector was chosen as the pilot one
- The platform started its development with creation of GIS
database
- The aim of the experiment is to add another layer which creates
infrastructure of operation, enrichment of data from users and
automate value delivery from producers to real estate owners

Results of direct contracting of Manufacturers with the AIMap system:
• Information about objects is spreading in the market and ceases to be a unique resource of the Intermediary.
• The Developer receives the current conditions of direct channel delivery for a larger amount of objects.
• The Manufacturer reduces the load on the sales department through a direct channel of new orders.
• The Private consumer receives terms of purchase close to the current conditions for intermediaries.
• The number of Private consumer’s orders directly on the Manufacturer increases.
• The share of Intermediary services with simple resale of goods from the Manufacturer to the Developer and the
Private buyer is reduced.
• The share of Intermediary services for the sale of goods and the provision of logistics services is declining.
• Increased interest in carriers with direct cooperation with the Manufacturer (own and affiliated units).
