When you view it as such, the machine stops working. It causes itself to crash.Operating on it’s own, social media is not effective. It needs to be integrated into all parts of the business.
Historically, social media has been expected to operate on it’s own. The problem with this mindset is that social in it’s very essence is a complete representation of a business, not just one of it’s parts.
Remove social media as an individual component.
And add social media back in as a lubricant for the entire company. Fully integrated into all moving parts.
