and Placement Office as a partial requirement of the Internship Program a prerequisite for the
completion of the BBA Course.

This internship report is an accumulation of many people’s endeavor. But at the beginning I
would like to convey my sincere appreciation to the almighty Allah for giving me the strength
and the ability to finish the task within the planned time. Then I would like to express my sincere
gratitude to everyone who contributed towards preparing and making this study successfully.
Major contribution was received from the officers of Link3 technologies Ltd as from the
Accounts and HR department. To prepare this internship report considerable thinking and
information input from various sources were involved.
First of all I would like to express my sincere and immense gratitude to my internship supervisor
Mr. Niaz Mohammad, Faculty member of Accounting department, American International
University-Bangladesh (AIUB) University. I am deeply indebted to his whole hearted
supervision to me during the internship period. His valuable suggestion and guideline helped me
a lot to prepare the report in a well organized manner.
I would also like to thank the authority of Link3 technologies ltd. for giving me the opportunity
to do my internship in their well renowned company. The experience and knowledge gained in
The Link3 helped me to understand different elements related to my study. I would like to give

Link3 technologies Ltd is one of the most well known ISP provider in Dhaka city. It undertakes
all type of corporate linkup to support the development of trade and commerce in the country and
also support and provide services to the general people. Above all of their service they maintain
strong establish relationship with all types of businesses. Link3 Technologies Ltd. is a full
service IT Solution Provider that has been operating in Bangladesh market for more than ten
years with a very high level of success, achieved through an uncompromised service quality and
customer satisfaction. Link3's highly trained professionals can ensure a standard of service that
remains unmatched by any other player in the market.
As a part of fulfilling their objectives through their customer Link3 offers the following services:
interne service, intranet service, voice solution, enterprise solution etc. They also have various
other service activities to offer along with different types of activities.
This report is based on practical working experience at Link3 technologies ltd. as a part of
internship program. The soul department of the other entire department is Accounts department.
It is an important department for all types of organization because it provides services to the
customer’s day-to-day transaction. Customers give their payments and get the updates about
accounts. There are various sections in this department, which are as follows: -Voucher shorting,
Maintain voucher register, Customer validity checking, Summation of Debit-credit balance,
Accounts reconciliation etc.
In this report the related work activities which had been undertaken during the internship period
is described which includes accounts activities, marketing activities and HR activities too. While
conducting the internship program it is observed that there are few environmental constrains
which limits the scope of learning along with the difference in the theoretical knowledge
gathered in the University and its practical application in professional life. But having the
opportunity to conduct the internship at Link3 presented with the opportunity to get a closer look
at various banking activities, corporate environment and developed competencies and skill which
boosted confidence within self and will definitely help to realize a further career in the job
market.
