Oooo…pretty butterflies. Sorry, is the camera rolling? Welcome back to the Omega legacy – it’s been a little bit of time, I’ve been trying to find a new way of uploading my legacy, so decided to give Powerpoint a try. Thanks to PetTech for making a great tutorial. This is my simself, fascinated with a jar of butterflies! Anyway, you may want to recap on the other chapters, get comfy and then it’s on with the show.

Benjamin has just moved back to his parents home, with his fiancée, Felicity. Don’t recognise the kitchen, I hear you cry? Well, that is because, the Omega’s have moved into a brand, spanking new house that I downloaded from the exchange.

This is their new home – it did have a large spare room on the left, but I converted it into a breakfast terrace, and a second small lounge. This house has a large lounge, kitchen, piano room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a study and an attic. I feel like an estate agent…moving swiftly on.

As I am quite impatient, I decide that Benji and Felicity should get married straight away, as I’m excited about generation C. “How do I look Lily?” “Beautiful, my dear. It reminds me of mine and Artie’s wedding day. I think I looked quite stunning when I was younger!” Felicity laughed, and smiled. “Reminds me of the wedding night as well!” Lily winked and Felicity giggled again. PG-13 guys, please! “We were only joking!” “Spoil-sport.” A bunch of pixels are ganging up on me! *sulks*

“Oh, isn’t Felicity absolutely lovely? She’s my lovely bride, my partner for life, my everything.” The wedding begins with much swooning and loving look. Hey, they’re family sims – what do you expect?

Even Artie came out of the house to see the son, he doesn’t realise he actually has, getting married. “Lily keeps talking about Benjamin – the boy getting married. It’s funny that his name begins with a B, when all my children’s names begin with a B too. You’d think we have a child that I don’t know we had! I’d know if we did – I’m a knowledge sim!” Put 2 and 2 together Artie… “I wonder how much money she’ll bring into the family. A nice tidy sum I hope, she looks like a nice girl…” And a fortune sim does what I fortune sim does – it’s always money, money, money with them. “Hey! What do you expect? And you shouldn’t be listening to my thoughts.” I’m the creator – I hear and see everything. It’s pretty cool being me.

The typical giving of the rings shot. No legacy is complete without one of these photos. “I, Benjamin Omega, take you, Felicity Gildroy, to be my lawful wedded wife. To have and to hold, to love and to cherish, and to woohoo and have babies with.”

“And I, Felicity Gildroy, take you, Benjamin Omega, as I become part of this legacy, bringing with me my good genetics for the next generation and to be the loyal spouse who, unless I do anything interesting, will be ignored and only taken any notice of, when I am pregnant or holding a child. And I will love you, all of my days.” At least she knows her place within the legacy. I like her though. She’s a nice sim.

And you may now have your first kiss as man and wife. This is a beautiful moment. Let’s just take a second to appreciate it… Okay, I’m done.

And as soon as they were married, everyone rushed over to the champagne to make a toast to everyone and anyone who was present. This seems to be quite a tradition in legacies. Candi always seemed to have this problem with Don Uglacy*. *Don Uglacy from Candi’s Uglacy – haven’t read it? You really should (after you’ve finished mine that is)! It’s fantastic.

“This has been a wonderful day honey.” “To us, the most perfect couple ever.” And this is my attempt at a slightly artistic photo, it has fireflies and flowers and everything. Tell me it’s wonderful. *crickets chirp* Fine *pouts*

And then, the next morning (because they were too tired on their actual wedding night) Benji and Felicity decided it was time to get started on Generation C – and I’m so excited, this is the furthest I’ve ever got in a legacy. There wasn’t a lullaby for a while, and I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t have a baby. And then, this happened…

Marie, the girlfriend that I got for Mr Whiskers, gave birth to four kittens. Yes – FOUR! I thought a litter could only have 3 kittens in it on the Sims, but apparently they do – and Marie did. They’re not all in the picture but she had 3 boys and a girl, called Annie, Toulouse, Tiger and Tom-Cat. We kept Toulouse, and the others were quickly shipped off to various family members because to be honest – the pets tend to get on my nerves.

“Billy! How are you? I haven’t seen you since my wedding.” “I’m good thanks. Congratulations on the wedding. You and Felicity make a perfect couple you know.” “How’s Andy doing? Are you two excited about the baby?” “Very! She’s getting quite big now.” “I miss our uni days, all of us together in those dorms. Those were good days…”

The other side of the town, Bridget had moved in with her university sweetheart, Tucker – who received a much needed makeover, the blue hair look is left behind him with his university days. Although now, I do think he rather resembles a gorilla, a very flat-nosed gorilla to be exact. At least they’re happy…right?

Billy and Andy moved into a small house just around the corner from the main Omega house. The wall isn’t down, the house has a ‘sun parlour’ – I found it on the exchange made by some very talented person who’s name I’ve forgotten, sorry. You can just see Andy’s baby bump. She’s a very pretty sim. There was a picture of Brady in the flat above Bridget’s, but I seem to have mislaid it…

“Sweetheart, is everything okay? You’ve seemed a little off today, and you haven’t wanted a cuddle or kiss or anything. Are you alright Fliss?” “I’m just feeling a little under the weather, don’t worry about me.” “But I do worry, cause you’re my gorgeous little munchkin.” “Oh, honey. You’re too kind sometimes!”

“So, this is the reason you were feeling a bit off was it? A baby of our own. I am so excited!” “As am I. Little Benji or Felicity junior!” You do realise this is an Alphabet legacy? That means they have to be named alphabetically. “Oh. Or not then. I’m sure it will be a little bundle of joy!” Family sims are so easy to please.

“Hey Billy, it’s me, Benjamin. How’s everything at home? Andy had the baby! That’s great news! A little boy? Make sure you tell mum and dad – they’re going to be absolutely thrilled – their first grandchild. Everything is fine with me and Felicity, and yes, I do have some news actually. Felicity is pregnant! We’re going to be parents!” I’m pretty excited about them having a baby as well – I think I’m probably a family sim. And a quick trip to Andy and Billy’s.

Meet the first (unofficial) child of the C generation. This is a little boy, his name is Connor and he has his mummy’s skintone, hair and I think he has Billy’s eyes. Happy little family.

Back in the main Omega household… “Oh my, my wife is so hot when she is making funny noises and breathing heavily! Work it baby!” “A – you’re meant to be shy, and b – I’m having a baby! So stop heart-farting me, and do something useful like get hot water and towels!”

And so, we welcome into the world, a baby boy. This little baby is Corbin*. He has his mum’s custom skin tone, black hair and her blue eyes. Benjamin doesn’t even get a look in. *Corbin means Raven (as in a bird, that’s large and black). I always wanted a black cat called Corbin. I never got one. So a sim child called that instead is close enough.

“I’ve hardly been in this chapter so far. Why are you forgetting about me?” You’re an elder and elders get a little bit boring to be honest. I’m sorry squirt, but you know how it is. “Ah well, at least I have my grandson here. He’s super isn’t he? I could do a few tests on him, write books about how babies work and why they cry and all sort of things like that.” He loves his family, but he’s still a knowledge sim at heart.

These two are such an adorable couple – they keep cuddling and kissing and having pillow fights with each other without me telling them. It’s cute.

And Benjamin is an amazing dad. He keeps picking Corbin up and snuggling him. And feeding him a few too many bottles. Over-active parent syndrome, obviously. “I’m going to be a fantastic dad to you, I don’t want to be like my dad, not even knowing I existed.” And Corbin looks a little bit on the grey side compared to Benjamin. Worrying, eh?

And now for the typical “Oh-my-gosh-I-just-got-fat” face. Another little Omega baby is on the way. I know it’s quick as Corbin is still a baby, but we might as well try and get them out of the way.

And here he is – and he didn’t disappoint. He’s adorable. I can’t decide whose nose he has – it’s too turned up to be Benjamin’s and Felicity has a really straight nose. I might need to goona nose-search. His personality is 10/4/9/7/1 – a neat, active, playful and very mean sim. And here’s where the fun really begins.

I was wondering why everyone kept throwing a hissy-fit every time they went outside and their environment dropped to an all time low. Turns out that the flowerbeds had sprung millions of weeds – so Artie decided to go and pull them up, in his pajamas, in the middle of the night. Like you do.

In their favourite place for Benji to talk to Fliss’ tummy – the two of them get excited about their second arrival. Although, by the size of her, Felicity actually looks like she’s carrying a baby elephant. “Don’t talk about our child like that Ally. Our child will be beautiful, and we’ll never ignore it. Not like my father ignores me…” I feel sad for you Benji, I do. Artie really did ignore you throughout your childhood.

Corbin is pretty adorable, and he keeps hitting the rocket on the floor and it’s cute. “Me nwot cute, me want hit fings.” See what I mean, completely adorable.

“Not again! Ally, do something!” Erm…Benji, your wife is having a baby and you should put Corbin in a crib and turn around. “Quick!”

It’s another baby boy and he’s called Caspian*, and he’s the spitting image of his older brother – mum’s skintone, her eyes and hair colour. *Caspian – named after the Prince (from Narnia chronicles) or just because I thought the name was quite nice.

Just a couple of pictures of Corbin and his mummy, to show his cuteness. He’ll probably lose his cuteness when he grows up, so I’ll appreciate it for now.

“Ally? Again? So soon.” Why are you complaining? You love kids. You’re a family sim. I realised that I hadn’t given Felicity’s stats. She’s a family sim with a LTW of reaching her golden wedding anniversary. Which is pretty easy if I do say so myself.

And it’s birthday time for Corbin. Let’s see if his good genetics stay with him into childhood…

“I’m a real boy!” Got to love a Pinocchio reference. He grew up, and he’s still cute. “Cute? Are you kidding woman? I may look happy, but I don’t want to be here. Get that camera out of my face…”

And after Corbin’s rather emo birthday, it’s time for little Caspian to grow up, and he grew up being an absolutely sweetie. His stats are 10/8/1/9/7 – he’s neat, outgoing, lazy, playful and so, so nice! I like nice sims.

“Who’s my little boy? Is it you? Is it you my little baby Caspian?” “Mamma!” Benjamin and Felicity are my favourite couple so far, and I adore this family. I’m feeling all sentimental.

I managed to get Artie his LTW of being Education Minister. Lily was making phone calls all day to make sure he had enough friends for his last promotion and he did it. “And now you’re just going to ignore me for the rest of my days, and just left me look after the babies.” Pretty much, yes. Sorry squirt. “No problem Ally. Just doing what I’m needed to do.”

With all his neat points, Corbin actually enjoys raking up leaves, and as soon as they started falling, he was straight outside raking them. A normal kid would go and jump in them. Strange child. “The leaves are my friends, I’m collecting them to join my big gang of friendship. I’m the only member so far…” Okay then…

“Scawy hand!” Just another cute picture. Caspian looks lovely with the little curls.

Just another pregnancy picture. You’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all, haven’t you?

“My neck and back have been hurting recently Ally.” You know squirt, with a glitch like that, that does not surprise me.

That looks like a good pie Felicity. “Thanks, I baked it myself. I do like a nice piece of pie, especially when I’m pregnant. I’ve been craving a nice slice of strawberry cheesecake.” Mmmm…cheesecake sounds good – mind if I have a slice? Hang on…cheesecake? Oh no you didn’t Felicity!

“If I hide behind this newspaper, the cat will stop spying on me and going away…it’s ganging up on me. Just keep reading the newspaper, just keep reading…Oooo… comic strip!”

Seriously, the cat did not stop staring at Corbin. It even moved onto the other sofa to get a closer look. Just slightly freaky.

“So, my son keeps getting freaked out by the cat. So I thought maybe you could take it off of our hands Bridget.” “Sure, and congratulations on all the kids. Don’t think I could have coped with that many children. And to be honest Felicity, you look like you’re about to burst.” Way to say thank you for the cat Bridget, by telling the one who’s giving it to you that they’re fat. “I was just being truthful.”

I love it when sims do this. Yet another cute picture to add to the album. It’s full of what I think are cute pictures, isn’t it?

Followed by a not so cute picture. “I’d forgotten how much this hurts. Why did I want so many children?” And you go and have twins. It was my fault for letting you have the cheesecake, but still. What I thought would be a good idea, really isn’t.

So, everyone, meet Calvin*, identical to his brothers. He’s the older twin by about 5 seconds. *Calvin is named after Calvin Klein, the maker of underwear. Perhaps we can expect an underwear model in the future.

And this is Cody (yes, another boy, I’d been hoping for a girl!) – he’s identical to his brothers as well.I found the name Cody in my baby names book (which I use specially for naming sims) and thought it was quite sweet.

“Look how big these hands are! I can hold things with them, like teddy bears and washing up sponges.” “Wow, my hero. Can I marry him?” Scary little townie stalker girl. She’s like Marsha, but without the phoning every 5 minutes.

I think he’s going to break some hearts when he’s older. “Hi Ally. How’re you today?” Polite and lovely already.

“So, I was thinking Fliss, you and me, a bit of woohoo and then we could have another baby.” “Just keep looking forward, keep looking forward – forget about the pleasures of woohoo, and think about the pain of having a baby…”

So instead, they run outside in their underwear in the rain, and have a pillow fight in the middle of the road. This is all they did through college. And they’re still at it now.

The twins grew up and they’re quite cute. Cody grew up with a mushroom hair cut, and he looks quite funny. His stats are 5/4/9/3/8 – so thankfully he’s a nice sim, although the only sloppy one so far. And Calvin grew up into a rather fetching, bright orange, Hawaiian shirt, which strangely suits him. His stats are 10/9/2/10/1 – another meanie like Corbin, but a very outgoing one. Interesting combination.

Samantha Ottomas kept coming home with Artie after work, and being rather undignified and pregnant, she fell asleep – head first – into a slice of birthday cake. Just what we need.

At some point in a legacy, a cutesy hugging shot of the kids is needed. So here are Caspian (on the left) and Corbin hugging. Even though Corbin is pretty mean, him and Caspian are best friends.

I don’t know where this turned up nose has come from – Felicity’s nose is quite pointy, where as all the boys have got rounded, sticky up noses. They’re still adorable. I think I use that word way too much.

Whenever I wonder where Artie has gone, I find him playing the piano. “I’m getting older, I’m going grey And I know that, some day I won’t be here, It’s very clear I’ll be in the sky with Grimmy.” He reminds me of someone who might be sat playing the piano in the corner of a dark and dingy pub. If you’ve seen Shrek the Third, I’m thinking of Hook…

“Who’s my little wuvly bear? Are you a little bear Cody? I bet you’re expecting lots of inheritance from me, but actually, I’d quite like to take it with me. I’ve heard on the grapevine that there’s a rather nice casino in the afterlife, or Hawaii as we like to call it. But let’s not worry about that Cody, a snuggle is fine for now.” Erm…moving on.

“We’ve been practically ignored this chapter, haven’t we Lil?” “Yes, and it’s outrageous. We brought you the B generation, without us, you wouldn’t have Benjamin.” “Who’s Benjamin dear?” “Our third son.” “We have three sons? I thought we only had those other two. The ginger ones.” “You are forgetful love. But I love you.” “I love you too darling. Fancy a woohoo?” “For old times sake!” “Come on, shake those hips.” “I’ll try, though after my hip replacement, it might be difficult…”

The first snow of winter, and it means that Corbin and Caspian have to participate in simultaneous snowman building. “My hands are cold.” “There’s an icicle on my nose!” Build me some lovely snowmen, and then you can have hot chocolate.

I didn’t realise that Guinea Pig food was essential for potty training? “Oh yes, every time they use the potty, they get a treat.” Are you sure that’s not how you toilet-train a dog? “Perhaps I got a little confused…”

Gah. I missed it. Mr Whiskers was taken to the big litter tray in the sky. And the black and white cat is Toulouse all grown up. He’s not very interesting. He’s mainly aspiration fodder.

“Why, hello there pretty lady.” “If I don’t look, he won’t notice me. Pretend to be a statue, think of your lovely money…”

“Alright doll? See this timer, I’m afraid your time has run out. And unfortunately, your legacy creator didn’t manage to achieve your lifetime want and get you into platinum. But don’t worry, you can come with me, and I’ll give you all the riches in the world!” “Oh, I don’t want to leave. But, did you say all the riches?” “That’s right baby. It’s all up there, in Grim’s Palace.” “Oooo…goody. I look forward to Artie join me. Come on then big boy, I’m ready, give me some coins and off we go to the slot machines. Do you have bingo?”

Lily Omega – Generation A Spouse Spouse: Artie Omega Children: Bridget, Brady, Billy, Benjamin Grandchildren: Corbin, Caspian, Calvin, Cody, Connor (Andy and Billy’s child) You’ll be missed – you were a fun fortune sim, who was beautiful and gave her good genetics to future generations. Sorry for not completing your LTW.

Lily’s death went pretty much unnoticed, and soon it was Corbin’s birthdays. Birthdays are so frequent they’re not so exciting anymore. Corbin rolled fortune with a LTW of becoming a Space Pirate, like his grandma.

Who Artie has just realised had died and he had a breakdown. “My wife, my darling wife, don’t leave me…” It breaks my heart, it really does.

“So, honey, I was thinking. We’ve both got a want for another baby in our want panels, being family sims and all, and we haven’t had woohoo in a while cause we’re too busy looking after the kids and…” “Okay, what the heck! You’re on!”

And the morning sickness was so bad that you needed to impale yourself through a door? “Hey! I was desperate to get to the toilet. Cut me some slack…”

Here’s Corbin as a teen. Every time I go looking for him, I find him in the study, dancing on his own to the radio. “I’m trying to find the music in my soul…”

(Cody and Calvin grew up, and I forgot to take pictures. Whoops.) “Me and your dad are having another baby. We hope you’re all as excited about it as we are.” “A baby? Yay! I’m going to have another brother! Or maybe even a sister. Hooray!” “A baby…. Ew. That means you guy still have woohoo. Gross.” I love the look on Corbin’s face.

And here are the twins. This generation are so cute – but why did we have to get all boys? I’m determined to get a girl at some point soon!

And then early in the morning, Felicity gave birth to a GIRL! *does a happy dance* Ahem…anyway… You are my ray of sunshine little baby girl. Her name is Clover, which is a type of plant and if they have four leaves, they’re meant to be lucky. I thought it fitted – we’re lucky to get a girl. She has her mummy’s skin, hair and eyes. Benji still doesn’t get a look in.

To celebrate, I gave Felicity something girly – a flower arranging tables. And she made lots of pots of daisies (which are my FAVOURITE flowers, just in case you needed to know). I’m waiting until we will be able to make snapdragons! And maybe open a flower shop. “Ally?” Yes my flower making friend? “Can I stop now? I’m tired, and I want to go to bed before my plumbob is as red as that ribbon.”

I didn’t realise this was an uglacy. “My mum told me about you!” And who are you? “Charlie…” … “Bridget and Tucker’s son!” Ohh…okay. Carry on.

So, it’s Clover’s birthday party and I wa-… “Hey, who invited Death?” Damn.

“Hey Artie. How you doing? Fancy a drink tonight? Here, have a taster on me.” “Took your time didn’t you? I’ve been waiting for join Lily for almost a week now. How is my girl?” “She’s playing poker as we speak. Yesterday, she hustled at pool. She’s bought you a huge condo. With a library for you!” “Seriously? I’ll just grab my bag and off we go! Bye everyone, see you on the other side.” *sniff*

Artie Omega – Generation A heir Spouse: Lily Children: Bridget, Brady, Billy and Benjamin Grandchildren: Corbin, Caspian, Calvin, Cody, Clover, Connor and Charlie Artie, you were a lovely knowledge sim, who married a beautiful girl and produced gorgeous children. Goodbye squirt, I’ll miss your piano playing and cuddling the cats.

Clover eventually did grow up well, despite her grandfather dying during her birthday. She is absolutely beautiful and sweet. I’m so glad we got a girl – and her big brothers adore her. And at some point, Caspian grew up – I don’t know where the pictures of his birthday went… Caspian rolled Romance and has a LTW to woohoo 20 sims. I really want to complete that want, but I think he’s too nice for it. Perhaps his partners will break his heart instead… Clover’s stats are 5/4/5/7/5 – so very playful, quite shy and almost nice.

“Grandpa and Grandma are dead! That’s so sad. I think I need to go and dance to feel better. Don’t follow me with the camera. I’ll never get a girlfriend if you do.”

“Mummy has a little girl now doesn’t she? Yes she does! Oh yes she does!” Hey, family sims have to talk to their children like that. It’s what they do. And isn’t Clover just adorable? I could just eat her up ^_^ “Don’t eats me hehehe. Silly lady with camera hehehe.” If you weren’t so darn cute!

“Ally, I have a feeling I’m not going to have much luck with girls!” “I don’t feel so good…” “I didn’t even touch her – I was about to talk to her and she got struck by lightning! Lightning– how likely is that? Really? Why me? I just wanted a chat and maybe a little kiss…” “Are you staring at my chest? Cause my clothes got burnt right off. Go on, have a look.” “I’m moving slowly backwards…backing away now…okay, run!”

She likes playing the piano just like her daddy. Okay, so really this is just a pointless picture to show off her cuteness.

I do this every time and then regret it after. Nearly everyone in the family wanted a puppy or a kitten, so I decided to get a kitten and this is Misty – this picture is to show that the animal rescue people aren’t very good, if they let a tiny kitten jump out of the car, onto a road where the car is still there, and there is a giant yellow school bus! Okay, enough ranting…

Benji does have underwear on in this picture, but it doesn’t really look like it XD I found it very funny! He became a Rock God and got this amazing reward! Anyone else thinking of Love Actually?

Yet another birthday, there’s too many pictures so they’re going onto one slide. And they’re twins so they can share. Calvin: “I wish for good looks, and nice underwear. I have an urge to just walk around in my underwear…” Make a wish Cody! “I don’t know what to wish for. Something, nice? A good birthday party? To be taller? Not to get too many spots? There’s too many choices Ally!”

These two are actually amazing! I think they might be identical, but I’ve tried to make them unique. Cody on the left, rolled knowledge but I can’t remember his LTW, so he got a sweet geeky look – he even has braces! And Calvin on the right rolled romance like his older brother, and I think his LTW is career related – I forgot to write it down. He got a surfer look (he has no top, but is wearing a pair of jeans). I think this generation are growing up well!

“Look little kitty, I’m a kitty too, cause I’ve got a kitty suit on.” Actually pumpkin-pie, it’s a bear suit. “Kitty! So me and wittle kitty are having a cuddle. And when I gwow up, I’m going to be a big kitty cat. Meow!”

On Clover’s birthday (so she’ll grow up whilst the headmaster is there and hopefully get into private school too), Headmaster Korey came round. “You fished for this yourself, Mrs Omega?” “Yes, and I think my children would really benefit from being in your school and..”

“We could buy a little house together in the country, Mrs Omega. Run away with me. You know you want to.” “Just focus on the fish, focus on the fish, little fishies swimming around in the pond…”

“I’m pleased to say that all five of your delightful children are into my school. I’m sorry about me accidently flicking that piece of fish down your top.” “It’s okay, don’t mention it.” “And I realised now that it was a mistake to try and get it out for you.” o.O The score at the end was 120 and something I think. They got in and I can’t wait to see them in their private school uniforms!

“Hi Ally. How do I look?” Lovely, my little sunbeam. “I like being a child, I have an urge to run around and jump on the sofa and then lie on the sofa for the rest of the day because I’m too tired. This is going to be so much fun!” Isn’t she sweet?

The next day, it was summer, and Corbin had gone off to college (lack of photos, I know!) and it was a Saturday, so I thought it’d be nice if the family had a nice BBQ. “Wow, that’s good. I just found out that when I go to private school, I get the uniform free because I grew up when the headmaster was here. Isn’t that lucky? And I found a £10 note of the floor this morning. It’s my lucky day.”

“Grubs up guys, get it while it’s hot!” “Hot like you baby! If he kids weren’t here I’d…” Benjamin, you’re supposed to be shy – I think the summer heat is getting to you. And I don’t think the readers need to know what you’d get up to if the kids weren’t there… o.O Moving very swiftly on.

“I can’t believe we’ll all be going off to college in the fall.” “Tell me about it. I’m going to miss it at home.” “You’ve got to wait until I’m old enough to go to college too Cody. I don’t want to miss out.” “You can go soon enough young lady.” Benjamin and Felicity smiled. What a perfect family BBQ.

One weird thing about Clover is that she follows her brothers round all the time. She always wants to be interacting with one of them – not that they mind, cause they adore their little sister. And she has lots of big brothers to protect. Not that she needs it – she’s pretty lucky!
