ASBC’s Working Group for Women is a ‘think-do tank’ for forward-thinking women
business owners, managers and employees that helps to ensure that gender concerns are
reflected in our policy and advocacy work. It provides opportunities for women to develop and
advance nonpartisan business policies and gender equity practices that showcase women’s
perspectives and demonstrate the advantages of diversity and inclusion for a sustainable
economy. The Working Group for Women focuses on many issues, including: capital access,
minimum wage, workplace practices, chemical reform and clean energy. The Working Group
for Women holds regular conference calls, webinars and gatherings.
