1. ATTB Mobile Careers
Presentation
In 2009 Allthetopbananas.com were the first jobsite in the UK to
take advantage of the Apple app store.
We built the very first Job seeking app available to download and
search the 500,000 + vacancies from our own job site.
With so much interest in what we had launched from Recruiters,
Job boards and Corporate HR Teams we took our product to
market.
Over the past 5 years we have become the Worlds Leading
provider of Mobile career Apps & Recruitment Sites. We now
support some of the worlds largest companies with their mobile
recruitment strategies. Companies such as PepsiCo, Nestle,
Alexander Mann, Intel, Pfizer, Thomson Reuters and Sodexo have
gained a competitive advantage in the market through
working with Allthetopbananas.com.
3. Check for yourself to see what traffic
you are currently getting from mobile
devices using Google Analytics.
• In most cases web traffic from a mobile
device is already at 30% or more
• And 2014 is on target to be 50%
4. Google report that 79% of mobile users will leave a site if there is not a
mobile site available
5. According to Google, 1 in 5 of all job searches are carried out on a mobile
device (source: 2012 Mobile Recruitment Conference)
6. The Mobile Recruiting Outlook Report issued by Simply Hired in January 2013 showed that:
• 70% of job seekers had used mobile technology to look for a job
• 72% of job seekers want to receive career opportunity information on their smartphone
• 86% of job seekers who have a smartphone say they would use it to search for jobs
Job Boards in the UK regularly see 30% of their traffic every month coming from a mobile device, and
that figure is increasing month by month.
Chris Hoyt (Talent Engagement and Marketing Leader at PepsiCo) says 95% of all PepsiCo
communications to job seekers were being read on mobile devices.
Over the past 6 months PepsiCo have tracked 145 hires directly from their Apps and Mobile Site created
by Allthetopbananas.com. Next year PepsiCo expect a minimum of 300 hires from their Mobile
Solution. (Stats from December 2012)
Sodexo have received 12,000 downloads of their iPhone, Android and
iPad Apps in the US last year, from these Apps they have made 96 hires
In the first 3 months CACI received over 4000 downloads of their iPhone & Android Apps in the US.
From these Apps they have already made 5 hires.
7. Below are just some of the clients that we already support with
their Mobile Recruiting efforts.
8. Case Study
•PepsiCo launched their Apps at the start of March 2011. The following stats are from the first 60 days from
the Apps going live. It was a soft launch only in the US, with the Apps only being featured in only 2 places;
on their careers website and in the App stores.
•They had received over 3500 downloads of their app’s, these had come only from the App stores and their
careers website.
•Out of the 3500 downloads, 85% of the candidates had PUSH Notification job alerts set up on their device
for targeted jobs they are interested in.
•When tracking the candidates that came from their Apps, they had hired 2 new employees and had 10 in
the recruitment process. Again, this was within the first 60 days of launch.
•Apart from the job search section, the Connect section which includes their social media, video and blogs
content were the most visited areas.
•The latest stats (December 2012) : Over the past 6 months PepsiCo have tracked 145 hires directly from
their Apps and Mobile Site created by us. Next year PepsiCo are on target to receive 300 hires from their
Mobile Solution.
•Because of the initial success from the Mobile Career App’s PepsiCo are now launching their Mobile Site
