I have more than fifteen years of experience, training, and knowledge that
qualify me for the position of technical office manager for construction and
turnkey projects (Residential, Banks, Hyper markets, Shops, Office Buildings
and more). I am a team player, motivated and hard working. Moreover, able
to do well the following issues:
1- Review design drawings and shop drawings of architecture work.
2- Develop tender documents.
3- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings,
BOQ, etc.)
4- Tendering & Cost analysis procedures.
5- Carry out with purchase orders & draft contracts, include price negotiation.
6- Produce Technical offers.
7- Reviewing Submittals form for Materials and Shop Drawing submitted by sub-
contractors.
8- Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for
approvals.
9- Coordination for all architecture work & other disciplines (Civil - MEP).
10- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, Project
managers and MEP engineers.
11- Giving the guidelines to site supervisor regarding progress.
12- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear,
conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
13- Contact Supplier and Make Analysis Between Similar.
14- Follow up Material Purchasing and Delivery Schedule.
15- Review Invoices & Contract of sub-contractors.
16- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other
problems that may arise during construction.
17- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project
consultant.
18- Finalize The Project and Making Final Invoice.
