In solidarity with women who were affected by breast cancer, I created this presentation to spread the awareness between the women of all over the world. More presentations about breast cancer will be uploaded during this October.

simple tips and habits that can protect women against
breast cancer on condition that they should adhere to
these tips in their daily life practices.

5. 3. Maintain the ideal weight

6. 4. Conduct radiation tests once a year

7. 5. Eat snacks from your favorite fruit

8. 6. Eat salads for lunch and dinner

9. 7. Drink a glass of green tea daily

10. 8. Exercise some movements daily

11. 9. Focus on fiber-rich foods such as
legumes and whole grains

12. 10. Keep away from red meat

13. 11. Avoid hormone pills as much as
possible

14. 12. Stop smoking

15. 13. Add soybeans to the salads

16. 14. Stay away from tension and anger

17. 15. Cure headaches

18. 16. Practice yoga
