1. Assist materials delivery to sites and make sure all materials delivered
as per site documentation and inform Logistic Manager upon material
shortage, if any, on the same day.
2. Documented pictures of site before installation.
3. Record the type & serial numbers of antennas for documentations
before installation.
4. Install RBS 2116 or 2111, TMR 9106,TMR 3202 , PBC 02 and MLTN 6P
C, 20P as per Site documentation.
5. Configure hardware & software of RBS and Transmission equipment
according to site documentation.
6. Run Ber test on all E1 by cascading and looping, make sure the result
is inspecification and keep data.
7. Measure DTF,VSWR and Return Loss measurement after
jumperfeeder connection to antenna installed and to redo all
connectors which had breached specification given ( DTF – 1.07dBm
, VSWR – 1.4dBm), if any and save the good results data for
documentations.
8. Route the site’s and other E1 traffic’s in MLTN which passes through
to connect sites to the BSC according to given E1 mapping document.
9. Coordinate with BSC personal to integrate site into network.
10. Integration, Test and Commission the site and record all data for
documentation
11. Prepare site for Acceptance according to Digicel requirement which
involve 7 scenarios.
12. To install BBS and decommission PBC 02 according to site scenarios.
13. Install house keeping alarms to BSC and test with NOC.
14. Prepare Acceptance Documentation and present to Customer at site
after site clean up .
15. To carry out Acceptance test and Documentation signing by Digicel’s
representative.
16. To inform daily on progress of roll out and acceptance and handover
soft and hard copy of accepted sites to Implementation manager.
17. Software Baseline and hardware upgrade Minilink Traffic Node
(upragde capacity).
