Kindness of prophet The Prophet Muhammad taught
love, kindness and compassion to his people, and was seen to
be the most loving, kind, and compassionate of all of them.
The Quran mentions his kind and gentle behavior in these
words: "O Messenger of Allah! It is a great Mercy of God that
you are gentle and kind towards them; for, had you been harsh
and hard-hearted, they would all have broken away from you
There are many instances that show his kindness and
gentleness, especially to the weak and the poor. Anas, who
was his helper, said: "I served Allah's Messenger for ten years
and he never said to me, 'Shame' or 'Why did you do such-
and-such a thing?' or 'Why did you not do such-and-such a
thing?'
The bravest prophet
the prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, was the bravest of people and
had the most firm heart, and no other creature could matche him in his
self-control and strength of heart and body.
he was uniquely brave and the traits of bravery and courage reached
perfection in him.
he was not only the bravest on the battlefields and in fighting, but he
possessed moral bravery as well which clearly appeared when he
conversed with and addressed the prominent figures of his society at a
very tender age before allaah the almighty honored him with receiving
revelation.
his bravery was also practically manifested when he openly declared the
truth and never feared the rebuke of anyone for the sake of allaah the
almighty.
additionally, he would publicly declare his hatred of the false idols of his
people, and belittle them without paying attention to their anger or
denunciation. [abu nu‘aym in dalaa’il an- nubuwwah, ibn sa‘d in at-
tabaqaat, ibn katheer in as-seerah an-nabawiyyah and al-
albaani in saheeh sunan at-tirmithi]
Love for the prophet
"The Holy Prophet is dearer to us than our wealth, our children,
our fathers, our forefathers, our mothers and cool water at the
time of severe thirst."
The firmly established principle in Islam that our iman is as
good as our love for the Prophet is fairly and accurately
expressed by an Urdu poet when he says:
"Without love for the Prophet it is difficult to find God;
He who is not of the Prophet's cannot be of God.
Without love for Muhammad faith cannot be complete;
To be a Muslim it is not enough to believe in God.
Daily prayers, charity, fasting and hajj are fine;
But despite these I cannot be among the faithful.
Unless I am ready to be sacrificed for the honour of
Muhammad;
God is witness - my faith cannot attain perfection."
Love of the Prophet breathes life into our practice of religion.
Without it our religion reduces to an empty adherence to a set
of dead rules and rituals.
("Soul of iman, essence of the Qur'an and life of religion - all
these are love of Muhammad, the Mercy to All Creation.")
Wisdomof ProphetMuhammad
(PBUH)
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is an inspiration to hundreds of
millions of people around the world.
Here are some sayings of the Prophet Muhammed (Hadith) that help us
understand his inspirational character…
 “A Muslim who plants a tree or sows a field, from which man, birds and
animals can eat, is committing an act of charity.” (Muslim)
 “There is a polish for everything that takes away rust; and the polish for the
heart is the remembrance of Allah.” (Bukhari)
 “What actions are most excellent? To gladden the heart of human beings, to
feed the hungry, to help the afflicted, to lighten the sorrowof the sorrowful, and
to remove the sufferings of the injured.” (Bukhari)
 “The most excellent Jihad is that for the conquestof self.” (Bukhari)
 “If you put your whole trust in Allah, as you ought, He most certainly will
satisfy your needs, as He satisfies those of the birds. They come out hungry in
the morning, but return full to their nests.” (Tirmidhi)
 “Allah will not give mercy to anyone, except those who give mercy to other
creatures.” (Abdullah b. Amr: Abu Dawud & Tirmidhi)
 “Say what is true, although it may be bitter and displeasing to people.”
(Baihaqi)
 “Kindness is a mark of faith, and whoever is not kind has no faith.” (Muslim)
 “When you see a personwho has been given more than you in money and
beauty, look to those, who have been given less.” (Muslim)
How I feel towards prophet
One of the most bewildering things for non-Muslims, especiallyin the
West,is the utter less than zero tolerance of Muslims for anything that
could be deemedas disrespectfultowards the Prophet Muhammad ‫.ﷺ‬
What makes it more puzzling is the generally somberreaction a non-
Muslim would receive if they made fun of a Muslim’s background or
heritage when it is taken in relation to the reaction received when it is
about the Prophet Muhammad ‫.ﷺ‬ In a culture where nothing is
sacred, and everything is open game to be ridiculed, the permissibilityof
all of which falls under the banner of freedom of expression, the
“extreme” Muslim reaction to any derogatory remarks about the Prophet
Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬ is difficultto comprehend.
This Muslim reaction is typically attributed to either their supposed
intolerant religious teachings towards the other, towards freedom,or
towards the West.Their seriousness is consideredto be unwarranted,
and furthermore they are told they just have to acceptthat what they
hold sacred will be ridiculed just like anything else. After all, if Jesus
Christ can be made fun of in a Saturday Night Live skit, and if Moses
can be shown foolishly in Family Guy, then Muslims should not be given
any special treatment and the Prophet Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬ should be made
fun of on South Park without having the Muslims get up in arms over it.
Rather than adopting the idiotic Bill Maher attitude of “let’s just not hold
back and do it till these Muslims get used to it”, it would serve non-
Muslims better to understand what is the big deal about the Prophet
Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬ for Muslims. Moreover, for the non-Muslims to
understand this, it is the duty of the Muslims to explain it to them. I
am appealing to people’s good sense here and hoping that One of the.
