JOB PURPOSE
To manage and coordinate World Vision Ethiopia’s Cluster Program Office Finance & Administration
Team. To oversee Project Accounting and Financial Policies and Procedures. To coordinate Support
Services functions at CPO and AP level. Support the Finance & Support Services Director in strategic
alignment and management of resources.

1. Ensure the financial and accounting integrity of World Vision Ethiopia’ projects.
2. Apply the organization’s financial and accounting policies in the region.
3. Communicate financial and accounting policies and procedures to World Vision
Ethiopia’s projects.
4. Ensure the projects’ financial reporting and systems provide timely, accurate and
meaningful information.
5. Enforce the organization’s internal management control systems in the projects.
6. Provide assistance, as needed, to the Finance Operations Manager and Financial
ComplianceManager, on financial and accounting issues.
7. Monitor project alignment in terms of financial impacts relating to cash flow,
deferral, and fund accounting.

Manual requirements to generate timely, accurate, and usable monthly reports.

auditors relating to project accounting and internal control.

3. Support the Supply Chain Manager in providing communication, understanding,
and application of supply chain management requirements to projects.

Support Service policies and ensure corrective action is taken for non-compliance.
