2. Ingredients for Chocoholic Winter
Bark
• 225 gm chopped white chocolate
• 350 gm dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)divided into
pieces
• 200 gm salted peanut.

Takes - 15 minutes prep. time + 5 minutes cooking

4. Recipe to prepare
• Put the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a
pan of simmering water.
• Stir the chocolate until it gets completely melted
• Remove from the heat
• In a separate heatproof bowl, melt dark chocolate over
another pan of simmering water
• Gently mix the peanuts into the dark chocolate
5. • Spread out on a paper-lined baking sheet, so that peanuts
form a single layer.
• Drop spoonful of white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate
with peanuts.
• Using a skewer or the end of the spoon swirl both chocolates
together.
• Allow to cool. Set in the fridge for about 1 hour.
• Break bark into large pieces.
