The ESW Kenya/Jordan Low Cost Hearing Team in partnership with WorldWide Hearing, tackled the issue of hearing loss in the developing world, through the Stanford University ESW Design for a Sustainable World (CEE 277XS) 2-quarter capstone course. During the course, the team developed a mobile application to help WorldWide Hearing Audio-technician Entrepreneurs manage patient information and track hearing aid distribution. They also developed a business model to help Worldwide Hearing scale its low cost hearing aid distribution program to Kenya.
