2. History.
• Air New Zealand started in 1940 . The group originated as the Tasman
Empire Airways Limited also known as T.E.A.L .
• The company offered flights from Auckland to Sydney to start off there
monopoly . As time passed they offered flights to Wellington and Fiji . This
was the great expansion which was invented to be built on .
• In 1965 the company rebranded to Air New Zealand with the release of the
DC-8 . This airborne beast enabled the pilots to guide their passengers to
further destinations such as the US , Asia , Honolulu and LA . With aircrafts
frequently being released the company rose its selection of places to go .
With the boeing 767 the company said they would now introduce flights to
the UK .

3. Current Shares.
• Air Nz have currently released
1,084,814,425 to the public .
• The current share prices ( Per share ) is
$1.39 .
• This graph shows February , the shares are
going down from roughly 1.50 to 1.39.

4. Why I would Invest in
this company .
• I personally view this company as the leading brand
for flying internally and externally through New
Zealand . Although the current share price is
decreasing I believe the share prices will rise again
due to the fact that this graph
suggests that the previous years have been
increasing . I think that this will re occur as more
people will want to fly to fiji as our population
grows .

5. CEO Of Air Nz
• Robert Fyfe Joined Air Nz in 2003 and up
took the role of Chief Information
Officer . After this he rose to the job of the
Group General Manager until he was
granted the opportunity of being the Chief
Executive Officer . He was not just
associated with Air New Zealand as he held
the vital positions in the Bank of Australia ,
Bank of New Zealand , Telecom Nz and the
ITV Group in the UK

• Pacific blue only take responsobility for
31% of the population compared to Air
NZ. This shows the lack of good service
and the quality of the flights . This company
only provides 2100 flights per week .
Although the amount is grand the people
who go on them is small .

8. My Investments .
• With my allocated 50,00 dollars I would
dedicate all of it to Air Nz due to the fact
that I believe the share price is rising
according to the graph 4 slides back .
