Welcome tothe trainingCell (ChellaletEl Adhaoura – Medea), Letme introduce myself,Iam Adel
DJEDIDI a Biologistinpublichealth andthe Headof the trainingscell EPSPCEA. Like all the othercells,
our cell aimsto trainthe employeeswithagoodquality;control andefficiency.We setaprogram which
respondstothe HealthMinistryand the INPFP(National TrainingandPedagogicalInstitute for
Paramedical) requirements.
We communicate ouractivitiesandstatisticswiththe interestedparties(Trainers,Trainees,EPSP
Director,Inspectorsandotherpersonsare visitingourInstitution.Thisverticalandhorizontal
communicationfacilitatesthe informationflow,simplifiesandclarifiesouractivities,suggestedideas,
and the managers’recommendations.
I wouldlike tothankthe EPSPDirectorinChellaletEl Adhaoura, the DSP& the INPSPDirectorsof
Medeafor theirunderstandingandsupport.
The targetsof the trainingcell isto: Train the workers,refreshtheirknowledge andimprovetheir
skills,we doourbestto improve the trainings’qualitywhichleadstoa goodtake care of the patientsin
the future. We communicate all ouractivitiesandall the necessaryrequireddocumentswiththe third
partiesas an internal organizationinside ouroffice.The program, we setinour office,managesvery
well ouractivitieswithoutwaste of time withgoodcontrol.
Like everyprogram,our targetsare setto ensure the continuous improvementrespectingthe
trainingquality.
We lookfor:
 Workingto create a Library (courses,videosandWall Sheets) inhardandsoftcopies.
 Unifythe courseswithall othercellstogive the exactinformationthattraineesneedintheir
studies(ISO 9001).
 Unifyall documentsusedinall the cells,codifythemandgive themreferenceswhichhelpforthe
nextrevisionstoensure acontinuousimprovement.
 Reduce the use of papersby usingthisprogramand whynot to sendall reportsto managersby
Email insteadof hardcopies(ISO14001).
 Share the ideasand try to change the studyingstyle fromclassictoa more openone,to improve
the qualityside we encourage the brainstormingduringthe meetingsfollowingthe PDCA steps
withoutforgettingthe laststepof DEMINGwhichis the continuousimprovement.
 From the firstday I am incharge of thiscell I made manychangesappreciatedbymanagerslike
creatinga supportwhichprotectsthe humanbodyanatomy wall sheets.
