Project Description:
BASF is the largest chemical producer in the world based out of Germany. The project is
mainly based on predicting agriculture challenges. The project deals with processing large
amount of data coming from different weather stations spread across the country. The
project targets Farmers who use this to plan crops. With a large number of expected users
after its launch, a lot of data processing would be required to cater to the needs of the
farmers (Needs of the farmer as in, crop planning, crop growth prediction. using weather
data for prediction of crops, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities: Worked under Charges Platform (one of the 8 core
platforms) as a developer. Client Interaction, Preparation of low level and high level
design documents (Functional designs, Application designs, Component Design
document), Coding, Preparation of Unit Test Plan, Unit Testing and Component
Integration Testing, Fixing defects reported in System Testing.
Project Description:
The Royal Bank of Scotland is one of the retail banking subsidiaries of RSBSG (Royal
bank of Scotland group) and together with NatWest and Ulster Bank, provides banking
facilities throughout the UK and Ireland.
Project Rainbow 2 is all about creating a new bank by divesting the existing 314 branches
of RBS as a separate business to Williams & Glyn’s brand.
