University Projects, Graduation Project - 2018
Theatre Play: Napoli Milionaria,
produced by the Higher Institute of
Dramatic Arts, Damascus.
Napoli Milionaria is the collaborative
graduation project that I produced
with my colleagues at the Higher
Institute for Dramatic Arts. The play
introduced the audiences to the
various issues that face people and
societies during war. This project was
an interpretation of the Napoli
Milionaria play that was written in
1945 about an Italian family struggling
to survive during the Second World
War. The project underlined the critical
role that art and theater can play in
highlighting the impact of war on
people’s social life, conflict resolution
and humanitarian cases.
