1. Brand Activation and Events Supervisor
(Culinary Category managing total Saudi Arabia) Nestlé KSA, 2014- present.
Main Responsibilities:
 Engaging with target consumers of brand by developing and executing strong activation plans
aligned with brand’s business objectives, while ensuring brand communication to reinforce Nestlé
image as leader in nutrition health and wellness.
 Delighting with product experience and ensuring engagement concept are in line with the Nestlé
brand engagement strategies as well as savoring consumers with service experience by handling
complaints and inquiries of the category.
 Organizing and conducting targeted consumers/brand activations, in malls, key national events,
and PR campaigns; negotiating for/ and managing the participation of category in PR activities to
help the business grow by bringing brand to life and building consumer trust through engaging
brand experience.
 Preparing and conducting sampling sessions to support products’ range based on their briefs and
objectives, in addition to promoters training and incentives.
 Assessing results of activations and sampling in terms of sales by category in retail stores.
 Efficient management and investment of the brand activation budget to meet the category target
spent.
 Planning and conducting shopper/consumer research through household visits, and market visits to
better understand and evaluate local purchases by brand.
 Supporting generation of consumer insight and market research to better understand consumers in
accordance to clear priorities given by CM and Head Office, including facilitations for feedback through
dipstick surveys during new recipe/ product development process and pre/ post product launch
evaluation (60/40 evaluation VS. competitor product).
 Recruiting brand ambassadors to expand network of ambassadors to ensure sustainable advocates pool
for future campaigns to increase consumers’ brand awareness and maintaining consumers’ relations
with the brand by diffusing brand recipes and service pillars.
2. Consumer Services Executive
Communication and marketing support. Nestlé KSA, 2013- 2014.
Main Responsibilities:
 Handling consumers' inquiries and complaints for all Nestlé brands and according to SOP.
 Establishing and updating the list of Consumer Services key contacts with: Women associations, media
representatives related to women's affairs, educational, government bodies dealing with women's
affairs and family affairs.
 Organizing in mall activations, and events to promote and increase brand awareness based on product
category objectives and campaigns.
3. PR and Fund Raising deputy manager, NHHCF, 2012- 2013
 Managing the PR and FR team in the foundation
 Establishing long term collaboration contracts with (Crowne Plaza Hotel, Farm supermarket,
Star supermarket, and GOODIES) for (halalatk tzeed hasanatk program)
 Daily reports for (STC, Mobily, Zain, and Danube programs)
 Organizing The Magic Carpet festival.
 Developing the foundation’s website design and information.
