Inquiry Survey

 Fieldwork was conducted via the Ipsos MORI online iOmnibus.
 Data are weighted to reflect the population profile.
 Where percentages do not add up to exactly 100% this is due to
computer rounding.
 Figures for sub-groups which differ from the overall mean and are
statistically significant are represented by a black box surrounding
the figure.
 Please also note that the ‘margin of error’ on these figures is c.+/-
3.1% at the ‘95% confidence interval’. This means, for example, that
a figure of 50% could actually fall anywhere between 46.9% and
53.1%, though it is far more likely to fall at 50% than at the extreme
ends of this range.

  • 2. © Ipsos MORI Centre for Ageing Better | March 2021 | Version 2 | Client Use Only  Fieldwork was conducted via the Ipsos MORI online iOmnibus.  Data are weighted to reflect the population profile.  Where percentages do not add up to exactly 100% this is due to computer rounding.  Figures for sub-groups which differ from the overall mean and are statistically significant are represented by a black box surrounding the figure.  Please also note that the ‘margin of error’ on these figures is c.+/- 3.1% at the ‘95% confidence interval’. This means, for example, that a figure of 50% could actually fall anywhere between 46.9% and 53.1%, though it is far more likely to fall at 50% than at the extreme ends of this range. 2 Methodology 1,020 online interviews were conducted across England with adults aged 18-75 between 19 February and 22 February 2021.
