 Develop Business relation between Orascom and Government sector (Ministry of
Communication and Information Technology, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Higher
Education, Information Technology Industry Development Association, Information Technology
Institute, Information Technology Federation Division Commercial of Computers and Ministry of
Internal).
 Managing a team of 8 project managers, carrying the responsibility of all contracted projects.
 Building & maintaining the Project Management Office.
 Defining and applying PM methodology based on PMI standards.
 Directing and coordinating activities of Project Managers; ensuring steady progress in all

 Managing and supervision pre-sales teams and coordinating between different business units to
