REFERENCE : AILEEN PEARMAN
To whom it may concern,
Aileen Pearman is approaching the end of her two month Internship for The Healthful Hub
in Sydney, Australia.
Aileen has been such an integral part of the team and has contributed hugely to our
Marketing Strategies moving forward for 2016 and beyond. She was given the task of
researching our competitors, worldwide; in order to help us understand where we fit in the
market place. Aileen has been involved in developing marketing strategies and concepts
for all areas of sales including distribution, wholesale, retail and direct marketing and she
has been fortunate enough to see some of these ideas come to fruition. Aileen also had
the monumental task of writing our Marketing Booklet. A large detailed document filled
with every minor detail regarding the understanding our company purpose, the running
and operations of the company, the product portfolio, the distribution and intent, our
history and projections.
I believe Aileen is a highly capable young lady, who has shown great initiative and
confidence in every thing she does. She has a good understanding of marketing concepts
and bases everything on research and facts. She is able to develop concepts and articulate
herself clearly. She is a good writer and communicates very well. She eager to learn and
will apply those new skills immediately. She is highly prompt, organized and structured and
does not require intensive management. She is productive and a very hard worker. I really
enjoy her work ethic and positive attitude within the work environment and she will be
greatly missed within my organisation.
I have no doubt Aileen will be a beneficial member to any marketing team. She has the
ability to quickly adjust and I’m sure her knowledge and skills will be a huge asset to her
future employer.
I wish her all the very best with her career and am highly confident she will be successful in
