The focus of the presentation would be the growth trends of tourism in Africa highlighting
opportunities and challenges from recent evidence.
This paper examines the growth of Tourism in Africa. It analyses the challenges and
opportunities that exist for tourism service providers in the region. It particularly pays attention to the emerging trends and sheds light on business models that have worked in Africa.
Suitable examples are suggested.
