What is Interactive
Content Marketing ?
Interactive Content Marketing involves marketing
initiatives that are triggered by customers’ behaviors
and preferences; for this reason, it is a major shift from
traditional campaign-based marketing efforts. During
the pandemic, there was a big change in consumer
behavior towards online shopping and engagement in
interactive content through social media content,
infographics, quizzes, videos etc. Brands gain valuable
information based on customer responses to certain
product trends as well captures customer data for
future personalization strategy.

well as gain certain information making it a two-way benefit.
• Increases brand awareness – Through content engagement, consumers increase brand
recall as it becomes an experience for them. Whenever consumers indulge in a content
from a brand, they refer to the brand when shopping in future.
• Solve customer problems – Data analysis through basic interactive content can give
insights to the company of what customers are looking for, their challenges and how a
company can overcome those challenges.
• Improves SEO – Usability and user experience increases a business’s SEO and Interactive
content helps in increasing the overall user experience of customers
