based alarms, search locations on Google map, make creative
to-do lists, set priorities for every day's work, share and chat
about your common tasks with fellow employees, detect the
presence of another user around, recognise your voice,
measure the sound levels in a closed room and much more…

specially by overcoming major problems like lack
of concentration or skipping important tasks

 Reduce employee burnouts by helping them
manage work better, giving them less to remember
with better management

 Target a huge number of people and business
firms for greater benefit of the society, as
“forgetting” has become dangerously common
these days
About the App…
An alarm clock
which won’t
shut off till you
move at least 20
steps
Gone are the days
when you could
snooze your alarm
and doze off again
Location based features 1/3
Whenever you near a location where
you have an unfinished task, this app
sends you a notification
For example, it displays your
grocery list when you are in a
store.
Location based features 2/3
Whenever you move away from a
place where you had a task and left it
undone, this app again reminds you
For example, it tells you that
have another task to be done
before you leave your office.
Location based features 3/3
Whenever you are around a person to
whom you had to talk, this app notifies
you of his presence (provided that the
person too uses this
app and has his
location turned ON.)
You can also search for a place with
suggestions or tap anywhere on the
map to add a location alarm with
radius in miles or kilometres
You don’t always need to open the
app and mark the tasks that you
have done. Saying “FORGET <task
name>” will do the job. This app
recognises your voice!!
When you sit in a group to study in a closed room,
this app records the decibel level in your room and
alerts you when the sound ( averaged over a few
minutes) is above a certain pre-set level
Now when you plan a
“Group study”, this
app will make sure
that you do it as well
You can prioritise your to-do list and
every time you finish a task, it will tell
you what’s next or warn you if you have
skipped a task that ranked higher in your
list
You can plan a task and share it with multiple
contacts, update your progress, set deadlines for
it and chat with others who are also assigned the
same task. This can be especially helpful for a
firm, making it easy to assign tasks and monitor
working of their employees.
This feature is only available
in the premium version of
the app.

An app which merges a lot of
concepts, most of which are in some
form or the other available to the
people. Hence the app may not seem
attractive prima-facia making it
difficult to acquire markets
It has a considerable number of
PODs (points of difference)
from other apps but still not
enough to position the app as
something extremely
new/different
OPPORTUNITES
The app aims at providing a solution to
a very common problem and aims at
selling to businesses at cheap rates .
This can be of a lot of help to
managers and hence can be bought by
firms for a large no. of their
employees.
The app can also update more features
which are location based features
gradually like detection of nearby
events, stores, theatres, weather, etc.
THREATS
The biggest obstacle is less budget for
marketing. Presence of a lot of apps
and reluctance of people to try new
ones is another one.
Also, people may believe that this will
exponentially increase their
dependence on their phone and might
detest the idea to use such an app
even after realizing that it will help in
better management.
Another factor that pulls this app back
is that many parts of the world still do
not have access to the GPS technology

It's an enhanced advertising targeting tool that
allows you to not only target certain types of
people, but it also allows you to follow them

Metora is one platform that may help in doing this. Their
customized audience targeting system allows marketers to
deliver advertisements to the type of audience looking for their
services or products.
DISTRIBUTION
The app has a different version for Android,
Windows and iOS operating systems and is
available on Google Play, Apple Store,
Amazon App Store and Windows Phone
Store.
 In case the advertisements of
the collaborators are
displayed, there is a need to
stay cautious that adds do not
become a source of irritation
for the users
 Need to update the app
frequently and stay aware of
bugs
 Also they should work on creating and expanding
their consumer data base and should continuously
target new users
 Keeping a close watch on competitors
 Improving the free version of the app to motivate
more users to try the premium version
 Keep a track of the extent to which a user is making use
of your app.
 Do not try to manage many social media accounts at
one time or else hire a competent team to do that.
 Keep exploring new features which can draw customers
 Survey your users regularly, and take special note of
suggestions/complaints from those who have used
