GGAG has been manufacturing gears since 40 years
and prides itself in delivering precise, high quality and
cost-effective products
In-house facilities: Turning, Hobbing, Grinding, Heat-
treatment – 30,000 sq. ft. facility to incorporate all
operations under a single roof
Capable of manufacturing spur and helical gears up to
1500 mm in diameter and 25 module, hardened & ground
to DIN class 3/4 accuracy

11. Hard-Finish Machining (1/2)
New Investments to reduce our bottlenecks & better our finishing (bore/face
grinding) processes:
DVS Technology Group (Pittler) U-Grind
A flexible machine for the hard-fine machining of shafts and chucking components
with a centre width of up to 1800 mm and a centre height of 350 mm. Work
pieces weighing up to 150 kg can be machined on the DVS Ugrind.
GGAG is proud to be a pioneer in India for these machining capabilities
This machine is GGAG’s latest addition in its technical prowess & is to be
commissioned in June 2019 – the machine will be apt for shaft type components
of the aforementioned size
