2. The Lionfish Disaster- A venomous invasive species:
• Potentially ruining the $1.5 billion
commercial fisheries in the Gulf of
Mexico. The Caribbean, tropical and
subtropical Eastern Atlantic (New York
to Argentina) are all now being
impacted as well.
• Lionfish are quickly taking over these
areas. Scientists are now reporting up
to a 65% reduction of indigenous
species!!
• American (North, South and Central)
seafood, tourism, sport fishing, scuba
diving, beaches, boating and so much
more are all at risk.
• Now impacting and dominating coral reefs and almost all
other habitats from inshore down to 1000 feet in depth.
• Eating everything that will fit in their mouths!
• These invaders have no natural enemies in this hemisphere!

• Many people are independently working on this disaster
(scientists, fisherman, scuba divers, aquarium hobbyists,
snorkelers, environmentalists, resort owners, hunters, chefs and
entrepreneurs.) We want veterans to be the superstars.

support through entertainment in a self sustaining model.
4. Our base of operations will be in south Florida where the legend begins. DNA tests
revealed as few as 6 pet lionfish, endemic to Indo-Pacific and the Red Sea, were released into the
wild after outgrowing their tanks or escaped from aquariums in South Florida during hurricane
Andrew; survived, are breeding, and are now wreaking environmental havoc like we have never
seen!
5. Season 1 Show Format- Similar to “Deadliest Catch” each segment
would shift locations and characters highlighting their fight with these
invaders and how the “green horn” veterans are now joining the battle
and being trained by our experts already in the field!
Scene 1 6-7 minutes on Freddie Lentz in western Puerto Rico diving for lobster
and other table fare, convincing local restaurants to try lionfish . Freddie, in PR for
25 years , is working on ways to catch more lions even in places too deep to dive
and has plans for unique new ways to trap them. ENORMOUS new commercial
fishing potential with Patents Pending!! Camera crews follow Freddie and the
vets around underwater, with customers, helping test the new traps, dealing
with sharks, storms, boats breaking down, learning the commercial fishing
business.
Scene 2 6-7 minutes on Gary “Corky”
Rogers also in Puerto Rico catching
lionfish alive and selling them to pet
stores across the USA. His fish will be
all the rave of the pet industry! We
will be able to provide “ Certificates
of Authenticity” and even offer a
“Lionfish kit,” for personal use or in
science classrooms. Vets can learn
Corky’s business methods and model
so they can help expand his business
or open their own franchised stations
in affected areas supplying the
demand the show will create.
6. Scene 3 6-7 Minutes on Alie El Hage Industrial Architect designer of the
“Zookeeper” and other products to make hunting lions more productive and
safer. He splits his time between Curacao and South Florida organizing hunting
derbies that have removed 2400 lions in 48 hours! Vets would have great fun
participating in and working these derbies or even working for Zookeeper in
sales, marketing, fulfillment, manufacture, or design!

Maria Andreu , competitors with Alie El Hage

Maria have developed a Lionfish eradication
tool, they call the “Frapper”, designed to rid
public enemy number 1, Lionfish. Organizing
Lionfish derbies and teaching diving, the
highly competitive duo devote all of their
energy to eradication, another great training
resource for the vets in their new lives!
7. Scene 5 We will use this segment to highlight veterans
preparing for battle and being evaluated for the right
mission:
• swim and scuba training sessions
• learning to spearfish, hunt, “read the reef” etc.
• getting captains license from the Coast Guard
• interviewing and working with scientists doing lionfish
research, even joining Dr. Green in the sub!
• learning skills and business models from our Ptamers
Scene 5 Con’t
• Working and hunting in the derbies signing autographs, etc.
• Inspiring vets and viewers to become scientists, entrepreneurs
and environmentalists
• Creating and franchising new valuable businesses, partnerships,
and consumer products like food, medicines, pets, jewelry, etc.
• Appearing in, participating in, and even narrating the show
• Doing environmental education, selling fish, and even teaching
restaurants to make new dishes with lionfish filets, etc., etc.

Scene 6 6-7 minutes with our team of scientists, explorers, veterans, and evaluators discovering new
locales impacted by the lionfish and interacting with the characters offering assistance and criticisms. This
team will crown a king/queen of the Caribbean each season with a $100,000 prize to reinvest in their
business. This team will assist in bringing in new vets, Ptamers, or products, for expansion to help with the
new businesses, territories and ideas joining the battle.

Season 2 could lead with Gynna Bush taking tourists on lionfish hunting excursions during the
day. At night they dine in her sea-side café on the lionfish she cleans, prepares and cooks. The
food is fantastic, she is beautiful, entertaining, interesting , smart, competitive and much
larger than life! The Vets and the Viewers will LOVE her!
As the seasons unfold new Ptamers will broaden our
reach into entirely new areas and industries.
Everything from scientists using lionfish toxin in cancer
research to the making beautiful natural jewelry from
the exotic fins of the fish is in the works!
