À propos
I am an fellowship trained obstetric anesthesiologist, and I currently based at Stanford University School of Medicine. I have current research interests in risk assessment, clinical management strategies for patients with postpartum hemorrhage. I am also actively involved in clinical studies assessing coagulation changes associated with the peripartum and postpartum period. For these studies, we are using laboratory and state-of-the-art point-of-care tests (such as thromboelastography). I also have a major research interest in transfusion decision-making and outcomes for the treatment of obstetric hemorrhage and postpartum anemia in hospitalized obstetric patients.
