Program Manager at Wilson Elementary School
In charge of leading a group of staff and coordinating a successful program that suits the different
types of students enrolled for the school year. Responsibilities include handling government paperwork
in regards to the students, checking DES students paperwork and files and making sure information gets
processed on time once a month, fulfilling Department of Health expectations for my program. Creating
a weekly themed lesson plan, handling snack and assisting with homework, keeping track of an hourly
status report, listing what students have allergies or medical conditions that require special attention,
and making sure to communicate effectively with parents at all times.

Responsibilities for this occupation include learning a new program associated with Mesa Public Schools
and creating my own rosters for the students and running the first 8 hour shift of the AM program. My
duties were to arrive before 6 am, unlock all gates to the school, ID all parents until they became
familiar faces, organize activities for 70+ students and making sure each Program Manager and aide
