The Challenge
For the purpose of this workshop, we are going to use the Sun Life challenge.
However, this framework can be adapted to any other challenges you are
working on this weekend at ConuHacks.

Create an application/service/product to
facilitate peoples’ ongoing management of
their health and enhance interactions with
medical providers.
The Challenge
Examples:
• Scheduling medical appointments
• Searching for medical info
• Interacting with health providers
• Managing treatments and follow-ups

Get to know your users through user research, interviews,
stats, journals, etc.

• Very busy. Has many patients.

• Reduce patient no-show rate
