Relational Alignment: Why It's Important
In today’s world, having strong relationships with colleagues and clients is essential for
success. People want to know that their people are reliable, supportive, and understand their

understanding how two people relate to each other in terms of their values and goals. It’s a
way of ensuring that everyone involved in a business relationship understands one another,

What is relational alignment?
