I have known Alina over the past several years starting when she worked at
The Inn at Bay Harbor, where I am one of the owners. Until just recently, Alina
has been a wonderful asset to Paddle Your Harbor, a kayak and paddle board rental
company. I have always found Ms. Aliakhnovich to be consistently pleasant,
tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Alina has many strengths, she is a
dedicated, hard worker and an independent learner. She effectively communicates
and delivers creative ideas. She has successfully assisted and developed several
company concepts including our; website, social media strategy, logo design, staff
handbook (code of conduct), and she helped with staffing and training for the
company.
Not only a tremendous asset to our marketing efforts, Alina has also been
instrumental to the development of other areas of the company; for example,
streamlining our administrative systems, which has improved our overall
effectiveness. Alina also assumes a leadership role in sales meetings, inspiring and
